The first project is an embroidery and appliqué entitled ‘Starry Night Owl’... a barn owl flying over a wintery landscape, with a twinkling celestial background. This project is stitched in a 6 inch wooden embroidery hoop, onto 100% wool felt, in a rich navy colour, which is particularly satisfying to embroider all those stars onto.

The second project is the Owl Scissors Case, with embroidered details and made using three different coloured 100% wool felts. We’ve included a handy pair of gold coloured embroidery scissors for you to store in your brand new case. You can even store a needle or two, safely under your owl’s wing.

We’ve also designed a little paper garland for you to assemble, featuring owls, toadstools and greenery. Simply cut out each item along the lines, and attach each one to the sage green baker’s twine using the miniature pegs. Make a small loop at each end, then find a special place to hang it to bring even more owl magic to your home!
